The Spanish Association of Nursing in Cardiology maintains institutional relationships with other scientific associations and societies, as well as with international, national and territorial organisms, and tries to be in all the forums in which it is discussed the scientific and professional rol of the nurses  who work in this field.

Without prejudice to the complete sovereignty of our association, the Spanish Association of Nursing in Cardiology maintains a close relationship with the Spanish Society of Cardiology (SEC) and with its Spanish Heart Foundation:

  1. We promote and we coordinated round tables of nursing in the annual national congresses of the Spanish Society of Cardiology.

  2. We promote and we coordinated activities of nursing in the annual meetings of the Workgroup of Hemodynamics and Interventional Cardiology of the Spanish Society of Cardiology.

  3. We promote and we coordinated activities of nursing in the annual meetings of the Workgroup of Electrophysiology and Pacemakers of the Spanish Society of Cardiology.

  4. We promote and we coordinated activities of nursing in the annual meetings of the Workgroup of Heart Prevention and Rehabilitation of the Spanish Society of Cardiology.

  5. We organized courses of continuing education in cardiac nursing with the collaboration of the Spanish Society of Cardiology.

  6. We participated in the courses of continuing education that are organized in the Spanish House of the Heart.

  7. The Spanish Society of Cardiology grants a scholarship of nursing research for projects of the Spanish Association of Nursing in Cardiology.

  8. We participated in activities and we collaborated in common projects.

Really, the SEC recognizes the rol that our association plays in the Spanish cardiology.

In the international field, the Spanish Association of Nursing in Cardiology participates in activities of the European Society of Cardiology (ESC).
