• We organize every year the National Congress of Nursing in Cardiology.

• We publish Enfermería en Cardiología ("Nursing in Cardiology"), scientific journal of the Spanish Association of Nursing in Cardiology.

• We promote and co-ordinate:
  - Nursing round tables in the annual National Congress of the Spanish Association of Cardiology.
  - Nursing activities in the annual meetings of:
       · Haemodynamics and Interventional Cardiology.
       · Electrophysiology and Pacemakers.
       · Heart Prevention and Rehabilitation.
       · National Congress of the Spanish Society of Cardiology.
       · Courses of continuing education in cardiac nursing.

• We promote research in all fields of cardiovascular nursing.

• We award to the best works presented in the annual National Congress of Nursing in Cardiology.

• We apply special discounts to associates and students in the enrolment of the annual Congress.

• The Spanish Society of Cardiology  (SEC) awards a grant to a research project in cardiovascular nursing.
