Title A severe coronary episode related to cocaine consumption.
Abstract

Due to the increasing consumption of cocaine which has been increasingly noticed for about two decades, we believe that it is necessary to have a better understanding of its effects in cardiovascular illness.
There are numerous reports relating cocaine consumption with severe coronary episodes. Most of this evidence is based upon the proximity between cocaine consumption and coronary episodes.
The most recent research (NHANES III, published in the Circulation magazine in January 2001), shows that frequent cocaine consumption (it is considered >10 times a year), increases the probability for young people to present an isquemic episode.
In this research, based upon a sample of 10085 people between 18 and 45 years old, the prevalence of frequent cocaine consumption was 5.3% and the percentage of risk attributed to this population was estimated at 25%, which means that 1 out of every 4 severe coronary episodes, suffered by people between 18 and 45 years old, can be attributed to frequent cocaine consumption.
The effects of cocaine consumption in the cardio circulatory system are:
A. Acute effects:
It potentiates the adrenergic activity: It increases the ventricular contractibility and cardiac frequency which brings about an increase in the oxygen demand.
It produces a coronary vasoconstriction which favours the vaso-spasm.
It increases the platelet aggregation.
It produces a depression of the ventricular function and arrhythmia.
Hypersensitivity: myocarditis.
B. Chronic effects:
Chronic cocaine consumption favours the development of coronary arteriosclerosis.

Key words cocaine, coronary episodes.

Title Nursing control and register of arterial tension in the anginose episode
Abstract

Nursing register is a part of a nurse daily activity and it reflects the main work in our profession: the attention paid to our patients.  We believe that the quality in nursing registers is a key element for the general treatment of the ill and, because of this, we have centred our research in a very specific part of nursing registers and graphs which are those oriented towards the coronary patient and, more particularly, those registers which refer to pain and blood pressure, both treated as a whole due to the close relation of these parameters in the patient who has been diagnosed as having an isquemic cardiopathy.  We have proposed formulae that have improved and updated our nursing work, based on graph and computer registers that have allowed the decrease of time invested in registering and noting down, in favour of direct caring of the patient.

Key words ache, records, nursing.

Title Materials and Methods of a Scientific Manuscript
Abstract It’s necessary to highlight the relevancy that this point has in the Nursing Based on the Evidence, new paradigm of the clinical practice. Really this point should not be a complex, since for the correct execution of a work of investigation we had to fulfil one protocolol, and in this one, already we have counted since we are going to realize the study. What we have to do now is to tell since we have realized the study, therefore, the scheme to to develop is already elaborated. The methodology must fulfill two aims:
1. It must provide all the necessary information in order that other investigators can answer the study.
2. It must provide all the necessary information in order that other investigators can evaluate the internal validity and day pupil of a study, basic elements of EBE. In the accomplishment of this article we have consulted the materials that are detailed in the bibliography by authors’ alphabetical order.
Key words manuscript, article, methodology, scientific research.
