| English title |
The use of telemetry in the cardiological hospitalization unit. |
Abstract |
Telemetry is the measurement and registration of
electrocardiographic precesses and events in the distance. These
registrations are recorded by a central computer located inte nursing
control that continually reflects the ECG from all
the patients connected to it through some wireless radiotransmitters that
work with reloadable batteries. Radiotransmitters are connected to patients
by means of 5 electrodes stuck to them through their
skin in order to allow the patients the maximum freedom of movements. |
