Asociación entre diagnósticos de enfermería en niños con cardiopatías congénitas.

Abstract

An appropriate nursing attendance to the child bearer of congenital cardiopaty is made necessary and it should follow a process o f systematic thought, essential to the profession and the quality of the attendance to the customer. It was aimed at to establish the nursing diagnoses, related factors and of colaborative problems in children bearers of congenital cardiopaties, as well as the association establishment among the same ones. The study was of the traverse type close 22 children close interned. The data were compiled in Epi Info for windows 3.2. The exact test of Fisher was applied to verify the statistical association among nursing diagnoses, related factors and colaborative problems. Ii was identified a correlation significant among the nursing diagnoses of Ineffective Breathing Pattern, Ineffective Airway Clearance and Hipertermia, the factors related Excessive Secretions, Retained Secretions and Rates metabolic increased and the Potential Complication: Pneumonia, possibly characterizing a diagnosis syndrome. We conclued the importance is pointed out of taking place researches of identification of profiles of nursing diagnoses and colaborative problems for determination of the needs nursing attendance to the child.
