Nutritional guidelines for heart transplanted patients.

Abstract

One of the assignments of the nursing staff is to help, teach and animate heart transplanted patients in order to perform all the activities they need to recover their autonomy. 
In this article we present the nutritional recommendations for these patients during their stay at hospital, with a view to discharge from hospital; as well as the explanation of every one of them. 
Some of these recommendations are specific for their health condition; others are the usual ones or the advisable for any person in any circumstance.
