Abstract |
The nursing diagnosis is an affirmative one that describes the human response (state health or pattern of real interaction or altered potential) of an individual or group that nurse can identify legally for that which orders the definitive intervention, approving to maintain the state of health, to reduce, eliminate or prevent the alterations. The present studies aims to identify the human responses presented for patient with Acute Myocardial Infarction entered in Units of Intensive Therapy. It was a descriptive-exploratory study, carried out with infarcted patients entered in two cardiologic units of intensive therapy, of a public hospital in the city of Fortaleza – Ceará (Brazil). The collection data were in the period of June to July of 2004 through an interview, physical exam and consultation to the record. The results, elaborated according to the taxonomy II of NANDA, show a great variety of affected human responses, of biopsichosocials origin, with it highlights in the Self-Care Deficit, Risk for Infection and Impaired Mobility Physical and others. We concluded that the patient infarcted, interned in the atmosphere of intensive treatment, is carrier of several real and potentials problems that need to be identified by nurse to trace a profile of the necessities of peculiar cares, and propose interventions that rebound in the improvement of the quality of life gives patient. |
