To the best manuscript of the "Nursing in Cardiology" Journal

Bases

  1. All the professional nurses (Spanish and foreign) can apply to this prize, with the exception of the members that compose the Jury.
  2. They can participate as individual candidate or as collective candidate.  At least one of the authors must be associated member of the Spanish Association of Nursing in Cardiology.
  3. The manuscripts, that will be unpublished and written in Spanish language, will be able to turn on any area of knowledge of Nursing in Cardiology. They will have to fulfill the instructions for authors of our journal. They must not be presented, be published nor to have obtained another prize or grants a scholarship.
  4. The prize will be annual, and this year the term of presentation of the manuscripts will finalize on December 31st, 2002, without prejudice to its publication in the journal.   The manuscripts with postal certification before the mentioned date will be considered within term limit.
  5. The prizes were failed by a Jury made up of the following members: Direction of the journal, President of the Association, President of the Scientific Committee, and one nursing expert whose identity will occur to know after the concession of the prize.
  6. The failure of the Jury will become public through the first journal of year 2003.
  7. The failure of the Jury will be unquestionable, being able to leave to desert the summoned prize if it is considered that the presented manuscripts do not reunite the scientific quality sufficient to deserve the prize.
  8. The dowry of the prize is of a first prize of 604 €, and a second prize of 302 € and its delivery the National Congress of 2003 will take place.
  9. The journal reserves the right to publish so much the awarded works, as the presented manuscripts that reunite the requirements for their publication.
  10. They will not be able to choose to prize those works published in the magazine, that already have been awarded in the National Congress; nor those works in which members of the Jury consist like authors.
  11. The presentation of the works implies the acceptance of the present bases.
