The Working Group of Nursing in Cardiac Prevention and Rehabilitation was born from the desire of a group of professionals across the country, experts in cardiac prevention and cardiac rehabilitation, belonging to the Spanish Association of Nursing in Cardiology (AEEC).

We agree on the need to join efforts and actions to improve the quality of life and prognosis of cardiac patients, as well as exchange experiences aimed at health education in order to prevent cardiovascular disease. The constitution of the Working Group, within the AEEC, is justified in the important role of nurses in this cardiologic area.

The Working Group of Nursing in Cardiac Prevention and Rehabilitation has the firm intention of becoming a reference for Spanish nurses who are working in this parcel of our scientific community.
